Hotel a Lewis Run

“Stay was overall fine. Property is conveniently located, rooms and common areas are okay. Breakfast was nice in the morning. Bartender was so rude. She should look for another job if she is that miserable.”

“I thought the bathroom was in the room. There was a sink in the room but I had to go outside my room to use the toilet and shower. I called about it since there is no staff on site. I was told that there was nothing they could do as all rooms booked. When I arrived there were a few keys sitting there for people who had not arrived so think changes could have been made. My room reservation said park view. I had no park view. The location is very nice but beware of what your room actually is....

“Room was fairly clean for most part, but there were gnats, fruit flies, and house flies in the room on arrival, and a prior occupant's food left in the minifridge, and a piece of food scrap behind the TV stand. Parking was good/close. Fitness room was convenient. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Elevator was broken throughout stay, so had to take stairs which only go to outside entrances/exits -- so had to go outside and then back in another door to get to the lobby.”

“It is clean! That's what matters to me. We enjoyed the main level breakfast seating area, it was large, comfortable and clean.”

“The hotel and room are in pretty roughshape, and the towels all had some staining on them, and there was a smallstain on the bedsheets. The property itself was okay, although the parking lot had cones in it for travelers to avoid hazards. There were a lot of chemicals used to clean the room (perhaps because they allow pets?), and I ended up with a migraine. Also, there were no quiet hours- guests were screaming, making weird noises, and slamming doors until at least 1 am. The staff was polite...

“Overall, a very nice stay with kids. Room felt huge with tall ceilings, and the place was very quiet and clean. Excellent service as well.”

“L'hotel ha sicuramente visto tempi migliori. Bello e attrezzato, ma un po' lasciato andare. Abbiamo apprezzzato molto la piscina e le camere, spaziose e piulite. La colazione lascia molto a desiderare sia sulle quantità/varietà che sul servizio, alcune volte si dimenticano di esporre parte della colazione, ad esempio non ci era chiaro se e quando fossero disponibili gli yogurt. Ottima la posizione per visitare la foresta di Allegheny! ”

“The room was very clean however it smelled like the previous guest had smoked cigarettes inside of the room. The breakfast was lacking, not many protein options. We ended up getting breakfast somewhere else. The staff were great! Very welcoming, accommodating, and attentive!”

“The jet tub took at least a half hour to fill to where the jets kicked in, however the water never got above lukewarm! It took 5-10 minutes for the sink hot water to only get lukewarm! This was unacceptable, we couldn’t even take a shower in lukewarm water! There were communication issues with Expedia and The Hazeltine Owner, not responding to our messages.”

“The staff was amazing! Unfortunately, the room was awful. The beds were hard, the bottom of the shower was poorly fixed after it cracked and the toilet leaked to the point water completely leaked over the entire bathroom floor. They fixed the leak quickly, but the beds were terrible!”
